LED Furniture Overseas Manufacturing Trend 2026: How Importers Can Verify the Supply Chain

MODUGLE’s production base is in Jiangmen, Guangdong, and we are building a coordinated China + Vietnam supply chain, so capacity can be allocated to meet customers’ tariff and lead time requirements. Our LED furniture is developed and manufactured at our own factory in Jiangmen, whose predecessor was established in Shenzhen in 2010.
For importers, having a second production origin says more about a supplier’s ability to manage tariffs than the size of its factory.
A common misconception is that “overseas manufacturing” means relocating the entire factory. In practice, capacity can be allocated between China and Vietnam based on tariff cost and lead time requirements. Please confirm the specific production origin with our sales team before placing an order.
In terms of cooperation models, MODUGLE supports OEM (production to your drawings or samples) and ODM (shipping products under our own designs), including processing with customer-supplied materials, samples or drawings. We support you through product development, production, quality control, certification testing, packaging optimization and delivery.
How do I choose an LED furniture supplier?
If your orders are tariff-sensitive or have tight lead times, choose a supplier with dual origins in China + Vietnam. For small replenishment orders, choose in-stock items.
MODUGLE recommends screening LED furniture manufacturers by three rules: switchable origin, certifications supplied with the shipment, and in-house structural R&D.

You can verify a supplier with the following three steps, which we call the “three-step check”:
- Ask about origin first: require the order to state whether production is in Jiangmen or Vietnam.
- Then ask about certificates: the model must carry the certifications required for your target market (see the last section).
- Then review the structure: the spec sheet should detail dimensions, load capacity and outlet configuration.
Take the nightstand TC-ZWJ001 as an example: dimensions 29 D × 39.6 W × 62 H cm, load capacity 50 lbs, two drawers, with power outlets and charging ports on top.
What are the MOQ and lead time for LED furniture under the overseas manufacturing trend?
MODUGLE’s MOQ for customized LED furniture is 100 pcs. In-stock items can ship at any time. Samples take about 7 days and bulk production about 20 days.
For custom items, the MOQ is 100 pcs. If your quantity is lower, you can choose in-stock items, which can ship at any time. Buyers looking for wholesale LED furniture can also start with in-stock items for a trial sale.
Final terms depend on order quantity and model confirmation. Please plan production schedules based on the 20-day lead time. A common mistake is to treat the 7-day sample lead time as the bulk order lead time.
Payment terms: T/T (bank transfer), 30% deposit, with the balance paid in full before shipment.
Is customization available for LED furniture under the overseas manufacturing trend?
Yes. MODUGLE’s LED furniture can be customized in size and color, and LED makeup mirrors can be customized with dual color temperature or single color temperature options.
The C-shaped side table TC-ZWJ004 measures 30 D × 39.9 W × 62 H cm and weighs 10 kg. It comes in seven color combinations: almond yellow + cloud white, chestnut brown + black, milky white, ebony oak + black, gray + black, misty gray + black, and rustic brown + black. For some models, size and color can be adjusted to your requirements. Please tell our sales team which model you need and what range of changes you want when you inquire, and place the order after confirmation.
For lighting, the floor lamp side table TC-ZWJ002 is a tunable color temperature LED furniture piece with 3 adjustable color temperature settings (color temperature describes how warm or cool the light is: lower values are warmer yellow, higher values are cooler white), 9W power, and a remote control version. When customizing LED furniture, please specify first whether you need single or multiple color temperature settings.
Packaging options include white box, color box, English color box, kraft paper box, and bubble bag + color box. Packaging can be optimized and customized to your requirements.
When is this approach not recommended?
We do not recommend installing MODUGLE LED furniture or LED makeup mirrors directly in shower areas or in long-term high-humidity environments. For such settings, choose a bathroom mirror series with anti-fog function.
Our tabletop and portable mirrors are powered by 5V USB or a built-in lithium battery, and no waterproof rating is stated in the product documentation. LED furniture should be cleaned with a damp cloth and must not be washed or splashed with water.
Kitchen use also requires care. The TC-ZWJ005 LED kitchen baking rack has 2 AC outlets (120V/12A) and 2 USB ports (5V/2A). It is suited to dry countertops and wall-side placement, and should not be placed near the splash zone of a sink.
The second limit is quantity: for custom requirements below 100 pcs, we do not recommend forcing a custom order. In-stock items are the safer choice.
What should I confirm before purchasing?
MODUGLE recommends confirming three things before ordering: certifications, origin and lead time, and samples. Certifications should be confirmed by specific model and target market.
On certifications, our products have obtained or comply with CE, RoHS, ETL, VDE, TÜV, UL, SAA, FCC, EPA and other certifications and standards. Our factory is certified to the ISO 9001 quality management system, and test reports can be supplied with the shipment. Required certifications differ by market. For example, UL and ETL apply in North America, SAA in Australia, and CE in the EU, so each model should be verified individually.
On samples: we provide samples, and the sample fee can be credited against a subsequent bulk order.
