Metal Welding Process
In furniture manufacturing, metal components such as steel tubes, iron parts, or aluminum alloys are carefully selected for strength and durability. The process includes cutting, bending, and grinding, followed by precise welding techniques such as CO₂ shielded welding, TIG welding, or spot welding to ensure firm structure and smooth joints. After welding, polishing, grinding, and anti-rust treatments are applied, with optional powder coating or electroplating to enhance surface texture and corrosion resistance. These metal structures are designed to align with the overall style, providing both stability and aesthetics.
LED Assembly Process
During production, LED lighting modules are integrated into the furniture. According to the design, LED chips, light guides, and circuit boards are precisely arranged and secured to ensure even and stable illumination. Power drivers and control components are connected to the main structure through welding or plug-in methods, with insulation and safety protection applied. Diffusers or light strips may be added for a softer effect. In the end, the LED system blends seamlessly with the furniture design, delivering both functionality and ambient aesthetics.
